Hi,
In looking for some advice on a script for IPCCX voice prompt recording.
Basically I would like to be able to dial a DN and have the option to record a new Voice Prompt.
After the new Voice Prompt has been recorded ideally I would like this recording to be played at the beginning of the script before a welcome message and be disabled when required. Would the this be possible without having to access the IPCCX application.
The individuals recording the new prompts would have no experince with the IPCCX application.
thanks
Ian.

Hi,
Under 7.0 there is a script repository which has sample scripts.
There is one (canot recall which one) in which you can call in and record a prompt which will be played next time a new call comes in. You may need to make modifications to the script. If you need any assistance with scripting, please contact Cisco Developers.
Thanks,

Mo,
Thanks for the update. Would it be possible to use this script on a Ve 5.0(2) IPCCX server?

Yes, with minor fine tuning (if any) they should work for 5.x system.
I hope you understand that they are samples that gives you some idea.
