Hi

I have som users that will like a phone button (one not used from before) to be able to do the phone agent Ready or not ready state.

Is there any that can help in this ?

Thanx for you reply, Yes and no. I will like the ready / not ready state to be activated not activated when the users push a phone button (not softkey). So map it like a service to a button.

Its only idea, but must work.

You need to create "Device->Device Setting->Phone Button Template" in UCM.

Where as one of the button choose "Service URL".

Then apply it Template to the phone.

Then in phone configurations choose "Add a new SURL" and enter the IPPA URL.

Something like that.
