We have IPPA environment & we would like to hide the default CSQ stats all the time for the agents , but give them the option to change their state (Ready, Not Ready, Logout) from the home screen. Please confirm if there is a way to do it.

Hi,
yes, there is, but it's kind of primitive. You will have to set up your own web server, build a custom XML application for your IP phones with URLS to the Ready, Not Ready, etc states. There's a drawback, though, this static application will have no idea about the actual state of the agent so for instance, it will present the agent with the option to go Ready even though the agent is Ready etc.
Is it something you can work with?
Can you also give us the UCCX version?

Thanks for your swift reply. I don`t think it`s acceptable to have one more application to manage in the infrastructure. Moreover ,if the agent`s actual state is going to be unknown by the application, will not be able to sell this.
We are running UCCX 9.0.2 & CUCM 9.1.2.

If you needed an IPPS agent service that is state aware and customized we can provide such an application fairly quickly. However as you note, this would require one additional virtual machine in the infrastructure.
There is no way to customize the default IPPS phone service for agents.
