IPPA Stats Refresh

Hi,

We are running IPPA w/ CVP 7.0.2 (h323), ICM 7.5.8, CM 7.1.5 and CAD 7.5.1.

We are are experiencing an issue w/ the queue stats not updating on the phone.  The phone service refreshes every 10 seconds, but the data never changes.  Previously it would update after about 90 seconds or so, but now (since we upgraded CAD from 7.2 to 7.5) it doesn't update at all.  I'm assuming is something simple like a configuration item or registry setting or something, but I cannot seem to find anything that looks applicable.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Ryan,

I suspect you may be running into the following defect:

CSCsr84426 IPPA dynamic stats are not being updated while on a call or ready

This is resolved in CAD 7.5(3) but I would recommend upgrading to latest CAD train that is compatible with UCCE 7.5(x).

You can go to CAD 7.5(8) direct from 7.5(3) or you can go to the latest compatible version which is CAD 7.6(2).

However, you would need to install CAD 7.6(1) first if you are going to go to 7.6(2).

All of these are available on CCO to download.
