Is it possible to integrate with CRS 4 (old CCX) with CUCM 8.5 via CTI?

My customer has an older CCX for Auto Attendant function with CUCM 8.5 .

Is it possible to integrate to them via CTI?

Hi Serkan,

According to the UCCX compatiability, it is not supported.

That means the JTAPI clinet verion has not been tested. It is usually the n, and (n-1)th version of the CUCM are compatiable with the nth version of UCCX.

In your case, if you will be using for AA functionality, you may give a try of integrating, it may or may not work. If it dosn't work, TAC will definitely not support it because of incompatiability.
