I have 30 Cisco Unified CCX Licensed Outbound Agent Seat but my boss wants to limit the number of agents who log in UCCX to 20, is it possible to configure on UCCX version 11.5.1.10000-61?
There is no setting for this, UCCX will allow the agents to login as long as it does not exceed the number of agents seat license you have there (30 in this case).
