Is the Cisco Customer Collaboration Platform for UCCE Redundant?

I see where SocialMiner was renamed "Cisco Customer Collaboration Platform" and significant dev, feature/functionality, was added - thank you.

However, what doc name/link provides more detail specifically on the Customer Collaboration Platform? I'm trying to find documentation regarding whether it's simplex or redundant ... resiliency... thank you.

I've not seen any documentation that SocialMiner/CCP is now duplex. Continues to be simplex.
