Is the Context services API available for integration?

What we see today is the Java SDK is the only option available for third party integration. Is the Context services API available for integration today, if not then any plan to make this available?

That is correct. We do have a REST web wrapper around Java SDK if your 3rd party application supports REST. Find more details here -> https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/context-service-sample-code/tree/master/Webapp_Sample_Project

We have plans to expose pure REST APIs. Currently no ETA yet.
