Is there a setting that determines how far back reports are kept for Historical Reports?

I have a user who is trying to run reports on Historical Reports for the period of 5/30/2010 to 5/31/2010.  When she runs the report she gets a message there is no information for that time period.  I have tried it myself and get the same messageand have only been able to go back as far as July 2010.  Is there a setting for Historical reports for how far back i can record information or is this by default?

I am running Unified CCX Enhanced 5.0(2)SR01_Build053.

You will want to check your purge settings by navigating in AppAdmin -> Tools -> Historical Reporting -> Purge Schedule Configuration. Once there, you will see the Auto Purge Configuration. Based on this configuration, this will determine if the data has already been purged. Once you verify this, then you can determine if there is in fact no data for that report range, as it has already been purged.
