Is there any way to disable the Chat feature by agent or group

I am running Cisco Unified Contact center Express version 7.0(1)SR05_Build504.

I have many groups/teams set up.

I have one Manager that complains that he wants the Chat feature removed from his group.

This is just simply the Chat feature that is used by the CAD agent desktop.

My users are using CAD version 6.6(1)(Enhanced Version)  Build 6.6.1.400

Is there any way?

You can hide the button on the workflow group through Workflow Administrator. If you want to allow other departments to continue using it just create a new workflow group and then assign users to one or the other through Desktop Administrator.
