Issue configuration outbound option HA

I had an issue when configuring outbound option HA on pcce 11.6

 

  1. When I active mode HA on outbound option, the Rogger B alarm ( pic1 )

    2. After that, I config MR_PIM and SIP Dialer, MR_PIM can not connected ( pic2 ; pic3 )

Check the below settings.

 

PCCE 11.6  outbound HA - Apart from alerts themselves, OOB seems to be working fine. Because of Bug .

PIM should be Active.

 

check the PG registry : Computer\Hkey_local_machine\Cisco Systems,Inc\ICM\Instance\PG2x\PG\CurrentVersion\PIMS\PIM1\GenericData àPeripheralEnabled = 1 and PeripheralID =xxxx

I config registry as you comment ( pic4 ), but PIM can not active.

Do you have any way to check ?

Take the log from MR PG folder

 

dump log sample log collection  //

 

C:\Users\administrator. CCE>cd C:\icm\cce\PG3A\logfiles

 

C:\icm\cce\PG3A\logfiles>dumplog pim1 /bt 10:00 /et 10:30 /o

 

C:\icm\cce\PG3A\logfiles>pim1.txt

 

C:\icm\cce\PG3A\logfiles>

 

C:\Users\administrator. CCE>cd C:\icm\cce\PG3A\logfiles

 

C:\icm\cce\PG3A\logfiles>dumplog pgag /bt 10:00 /et 10:30 /o

use the below command to collect full pim logs .

 

C:\icm\pcce\PG2A\logfiles>dumplog pim2 /last /o

 

C:\>cd C:\icm\pcce\PG2A\logfiles

 

C:\icm\pcce\PG2A\logfiles>dumplog pim2 /last /o

 

C:\icm\pcce\PG2A\logfiles>pim2.txt

 

Make sure Peripheral ID and MR connection ports is correct. MR connection port starting from 38001 ..  

 

Below is the sample MR PIM output.

 

15:21:23:865 PG2B-pim1 Trace: Transport: appTcpServiceName1 = 38001

15:21:23:865 PG2B-pim1 Trace: Transport: appServerHostName2 = <<PG Hostname or IP>>

15:21:23:865 PG2B-pim1 Attempting to connect to MR application at IP address: << PG Address>>, port: 38001.
