I had an issue when configuring outbound option HA on pcce 11.6

    2. After that, I config MR_PIM and SIP Dialer, MR_PIM can not connected ( pic2 ; pic3 )

Check the below settings.

PCCE 11.6  outbound HA - Apart from alerts themselves, OOB seems to be working fine. Because of Bug .

https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCvg44618

PIM should be Active.

check the PG registry : Computer\Hkey_local_machine\Cisco Systems,Inc\ICM\Instance\PG2x\PG\CurrentVersion\PIMS\PIM1\GenericData àPeripheralEnabled = 1 and PeripheralID =xxxx

Thanks& Regards,
