Hi, is anyone else having the issue again where you're not able to download the Virtual Voice Browser VVB software from CCO for use with CCE?
The past few releases, it seems that the software is set up with some special entitlement requirement that we then have to go to Cisco to have them fix, which sometimes takes a while. I've opened a ticket with them again this time, but is this just happening to us?
This is if you go to https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286331734/type/286289787/release/12.6(2) and try and download anything, you get a "Entitlement Required. Click for support" message.
