Hi,
I have UCCE 11, CUCM 9 and Finesse 11. I am trying to setup Mobile Agent so that Agent can use his/her mobile phone to login to Finnese.
I have configured everything as per following guide.

When I am trying to sign in as Mobile Agent I get following error. My LCP ext is 43102 and LCP phone devicename is LCP5000F5001 and RCP device name is RCP5000F5002 with ext 43103. And I have added both these phones devices in controlled devices list of CUCM application user. What is the port range for Mobile agent that should be opened on CUCM server?
