Customer has CUCM, IMP & UCCX clusters on version 12.5.1.
To implement Finesse desktop chat solution I followed procedure from:
But after I finished implementation anytime agents try to access Desktop chat from Finesse and login with their credentials, they get this error:
"This site can’t provide a secure connection.(IMPServer's FQDN) sent an invalid response"
..........When they accept IMP server's certificate.
Looking for a solution I found this:
"Desktop Chat does not support Cisco Mobile Remote Agent /VPN based access to the IM&P server. Desktop Chat requires direct access to the IM&P server to connect to the chat service."
But my customer is getting the same error when he is connected on internal network.
Could you please let me know what I am missing here?
