hi
we are using CVP (IVR) . Now when ever customer dials in ,IVR prompts customer Press 1 for billing ,
Press 2 for sales ,
Press 3 for pin change . and
press 9 to talk to agent.
we have enabled bargin option .
Now what we want that customer should listen full menu before pressing 9 . if we disable bargin option then all customers are force to listen full menu . but we only want this thing to happen with customers who press 9 straight way when their call lands on IVR .
any suggestion ?
