i need help after i got new license from Cisco ( Re-Host ) .. in UCCX
IVR port was x2 now it's 0 ...

High Availability : Disabled
Cisco Unified CCX Maximum Agents: 400
so i want it to be x2 .. i cant call ...so wut i do now ?
which version of UCCX you are running? starting from UCCX 11.6 there are only two license packages are available, i.e Enhanced and Premium.Did you share license MAC to TAC to generate license?
if you are on previous version of UCCX then Standard license package dose not have HA capability. Here is the feature list based on license.
