IVR Port showing 0 while I loaded Premium license for 15 seats (CCX 12.0)

I purchased 15 premium seats for my end customer but for upload IVR Port remain 0 instead 30 as for the logic 1:2.

Can you share your license file here? Just maybe blank out the PAK number, otherwise, I don't think anything else in the file is sensitive.
