yes, this is first time I am going to use script editor, just want some guidance to develop an ivr and upload for the use of an application.

Amer - I started reading your suggested guide and worked on very basic scripts. On a few steps I had an error message "java.lang.NullPointerException"; what could be the possible reason for that.
