I am running CUCM 10.5 and UCCX 10.6. I have some users with Jabber who don't need to be logged in on UCCX as they are doing outbound calls. If i want to get reports from these extensions, do i need to have them logged in on UCCX?. I really appreciate the help and the cisco link with this information. Thank you in advance.
