Hi,
is there anyway to record calls made from Jabber for iphone for an agent in UCCX in AQM?
I know we can record calls made by Jabber for windows, but what about jabber for iphone and android?

You will probably need to provide more information about your environment, like version, if you're using MRA, etc. Also, at least for UCCE, while some documentation says Jabber for Android is supported, there is a defect that clarifies it is not.

Hi,
the UCCX version is 11.5
we're using VPN clients (not MRA).
AQM uses network recording for users/devices.
