Jabra BIZ 1900 Duo QD Not Working on 7821 and 6921

Hello,

We have a Jabra BIZ 1900 Duo QD headset connected to a 7821 IP Phone via it's headset jack. The problem is nothing can be heard from the headset. I don't know if this is a bug on the phone firmware or if there is a setting on the CUCM that would enable this.

CUCM is v10.5.

Answer: The supplied connector by the supplier was not correct. So they replaced it with a different connector model.
