I'm just wondering if any of you guys have any experience with configuring the Log4j.properties file for a Java MW application that runs from a CRS 4.5 engine? (Please note that I know it might not be related to this forun,, but I posted just in case you have handle with this.)
My questions are:
1. Where this "Log4j.properties" file lives, within the CRS document hierarchy or in a drive in the CRS server?
2. If this properties file is locared within CRS document hierarchy, where would log files reside. i.e log4j.appender.L1.File=c:/logs/middlewareIvr/accountBalance/process_success.log
The MW applications at my client's site are currently operating and performing but, I cannot get any information related to errors or exceptions from the MW...so I cannot troubleshoot when errors occurr..
Any ideas guys??
