JTAPI Error on UCCX

Hi

We have UCCX 10.6 and have a problem that occurred recently. The services change state to partial every morning at specific time and after this disorder some of the technicians can not login to their agents because of JTAPI error. This problem solves by disjoining and joining to RmCm group, but it happens again the next morning. What is the root cause of the problem?

Can you describe the network a little bit? Single local pub? HA over WAN?

What version of CCX?

What services go into partial mode?

Have you tried turning it off and back on?

Our UCCX Version is 10.6 and it is just a single node. While reading logs the error JTAPI subsystem in partial service was found. We have restarted the server but it did not work.

The point is that just 3 of the technicians have this problem and can not login to their agents, the rest of them can login with no error.

Are cucm and uccx local to one another? Any network connectivity issues between them?

Try the data syncs and checks under subsystems -> unified cm telephony

Try rebooting both cucm and uccx
