JTAPI Subsystem - Out of service in Node-A

Hello All,

We have CRS 4.0(3)_Build080 with HA mode (IPCC Express Premium package). The CRS server Node-A (GBLPLIPCC01) "JTAPI Subsystem - Out_of_service". The Node-B (GBLPLIPCC02) JTAPI Subsystem service is up & running fine.

When we switch Node-A (GBLPLIPCC01) as a master, the CTI ports & RP show registered in the CCM, but we are getting busy tone while dialing the CTI RP. So we made Node-B as a master and Node-A as slave, all are working fine.

Following action carried by us, but no luck:

1. Checked CCM and CRS Node-A server network connectivity, Jtapi version, Jtapi provider configuration, CPU usage, Mem usage & Jtapi Resynchronize - All are OK.

2. Re-associate the CTI Ports and RP done.

3. We have done the cluster reboot. (CCM, CRS server 1 & 2)

Please find the both server service screen capture attached for your reference and suggest us to bring up the Node-A server "JTAPI Subsystem" service to in service.

Thanks & Regards,

Naveen.S

Hi Naveen,

Could you please attach the snapshot of each of the JTAPI application user from CUCM. Also please check if the roles\groups are same for both the JTAPI application users in CUCM application user page.

If its a lab setup Can you please try creating a new JTAPI application user from the UCCX node1 one more time.

And try restarting the UCCX second node so that let the first node take the Mastership and will see if it comes to service.

Also please attach the latest MIVR logs from both the nodes after you perform the above steps.

Hope it helps.

Anand

Hi Naveen,

5370: Apr 16 09:00:16.529 BST %MIVR-SS_DB-7-UNK:Database subsystem Polling SQLState: 37000. If the database subsystem is OUT_OF_SERVICE please ensure that Polling SQLState exists in the list of values for the property com.cisco.wf.subsystems.edbs.SQLState=|HY000|Polling_SQLState_value| in the file wfavvid\SubsystemEDBS.properties.

Please check if any of the Database related servies (Control center->Datastore) are not running on your UCCX node1.

Thanks,

Anand
