Hi NetPro
I have a questions for IVR ports and upgrade processes.
When upgrade de IPCC 4.X to UCCX 8.5 Premium, the IVR ports license it's a part number or this port is extracted from DMA Tool?
I see the IPCC DMA tool not export any license.. or not?

Hi Javier,
You need to provide your UCCX 7.x license as part of the UCRS 4.x to UCCX 7.0 upgrade (you need to provide the path of the UCCX 7.x license during restoring the DMT bacup of 4.x system) using the DMA tool.
DMA tool will not export any licenses as part of the upgrade.

(refer page 27)
And again when you perform W1 (Windows to linux) upgrade from 7.x to 8.5, on 8.5 you need to have the UCCX license based on your license MAC of the hardware.

You can also contact licensing@cisco.com for further details.
And for your part number queries you can open a case with Partner Helpline team,
please use www.cisco.com/go/ph to do so.
Hope it helps.
