Licenses in Use

How do I tell how many licenses I'm actually using in CCX 8.0.2?

Under System -> License Information -> Display License(s)

I only get how many licenses I have.

You can see how many you are currently using by going to CCX App Admin - Tools - Real Time Reporting.

From there, go to Report - Overall Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Stats

That will show you number of logged in agents, thus the number of licenses currently being used.

Does the Logged-In Resources count against the Cisco Unified CCX Enhanced Seat(s) under license information?

The method for doing this is documented in the CLI admin guide, and looks like this:
