Limits on creating new reports in CUIC

Hello,

We have a customer who was not able to create new reports in CUIC, so we deleted a report and after that he was able to create a new one. I would like to know what is the limit for creating reports in CUIC.

Below is the table with the storage status of the UCCX repository:

Basic question, how do you know it is a file size issue? What error message did the user get when they were trying to create a report and couldn't?

I reached this conclusion because I had to delete a report to create a new one. I also saw these messages below in the logs:

I saw this error in the log too:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ISAM error: no free disk space

The error I saw at creation time in the web GUI was the following:

Report creation failed. Please try again

Assuming you're on 11.x, you might be running into this https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvg04634/?rfs=iqvred which will require you to reach out to TAC to free up some space.
