Locked out of IVR's

Recently went to an LDAP integration on the Callmanager side which killed my IVR user account for the CCX Admin Page.  I recreated the accounts as super users but not sure if I am missing something as I still can't get in and change prompts.   I am still able to get into the OS Administration page but not to the prompt section because I  can't get onto the CCX Admin page. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Follow this instructions:

1) Create an end user account that matches an existing AD account( if you're using already using AD, just create a user and Re-Sync)

2) Be sure to use the same password for the new created user

3) Restart UCCX
