We are in the process of searching for a better Courtesy Callback solution that what is provided out of the box by Cisco. They estimated wait times and the fact that a customer can be called back and still have to wait in queue for a number of minutes is not the solution we are looking for.
Has anyone had any luck with other vendors with this. We are currently searching, just thought I would reach out here and see what others have went with. We are on PCCE 12.0 currently.
