Hi
We have a small UCCX contact center and Cisco Finesse, using which the agents are taking calls.
Other than Cisco Finesse supervisor, is there any tool, which gives you the real time statistics of the agents logged in, call waiting, calls answered and calls abandoned. etc.
Eg: In Nortel we had GRTD thin client application.

Whether the Dashboard gets refreshed automatically? Because I see a circle on top right hand side corner, do we need to click on that to get refresh itself?

Are you referring to a CUIC dashboard? If so, yes if the reports are real time reports that are set to refresh (or LiveData reports), then when you have them in a dashboard they will refresh automatically, typically every 30 seconds if real time.
