Looking to generate seconds prompt

Hello,

I have created a script that separates queue time into minutes and seconds.  But when I pick "time" in the generated prompts, it gives me hours and minutes.  How can I have it read back " 1 minute and 30 seconds"

Any help is appreciated.

I didn't see a way to do it with the Create Generated Prompt step, but here is an alternative solution which you could use via a subflow or directly embedded.

Thanks for the response.  Works like a charm.

I cannot open! I get a error as enclosed, which version of the CRS has been used to create this script

Yes, it was built in UCCX 7.  Sorry about that, I always forget.  Screen shot for the non 7x people now included.

Gotcha!!!

Very simple and neat!!

Thanks,

Thank you.  Glad to know it works.
