Dears,
I have a customer that by mistake delete the appadmin account used to administrate IP-IVR version 5.0.2, how can we recover this account back or start initialize CRS system again with Administrator ciscocisco account.
I have CUCM 6.1.2, IPCC Enterprise 7.2 & IP-IVR 5.0.2

Hi,
You can raise a Cisco TAC case.
TAC has a tool to run from IPIVR.
This way they will bring you to a screen so that you would have to re-inconfigure staring from login:Administrator, password:ciscocisco.

Hi,
Try this:
1 . Start the Config Object Browser.
Go to start -> run and type "cet"
(or run cet.bat in the "C:\Program Files\wfavvid" directory )
2 . Select "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" from the config object type tree and double click on the row at the right pane.
3. Select the "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" tab and change the Setup State from "DONE" to "FRESH_INSTALL".
4. Restart the node manager.
5 . Login to the Appadmin with Administrator/ciscocisco credentials.
6 . This will lead to the initial setup
