Mail Server Configuration Errors in UCCX 12.5

Hello All,

When i tried to configure CSQ For email in uccx12.5 getting error like Mail Server Configuration Errors

IMAP Host Name or Port does not match. Check the settings in Mail Server Configuration page.

SMTP Host Name or Port does not match. Check the settings in Mail Server Configuration page.

in uccx side have configured the mail server configuration as mentioned below.

Mail Server Settings
Mail Server: Gmail

IMAP Folder Structure
Sent Items Folder Name*: [Gmail]/Sent Mail

Incoming (Secure IMAP)
Host Name*: imap.gmail.com
Port Number*: 993

Outgoing (Secure SMTP)
Host Name*: smtp.gmail.com
Port Number*: 587

Proxy Settings
SOCKS: Disabled

In mail server side i have enabled IMAP and turn on Allow less secure apps but no luck.

pls tell me if i have missed any steps in configuration side.

Ok, so I can't speak to this in UCCX, but I was recently doing something unrelated with Gmail and less secure apps. You need to configure the less secure Gmail account in some 3rd party client like Thunderbird. If it works fine there then you'll get an idea if you have the right settings in UCCX.
