Hi, I'm using CTI OS and making a consult call type 2, which works file except its optional parameters AlertRings and AnsweringMachine have no effect on the call. I set both parameters to value 2, but the call is not disconnecting after 2 rings and it is not disconnecting on answering machine.
The parameters are accepted as I see in the CIL log:
{Thread-49} [call.5004.51630787.1110226].MakeRequest: (ConsultType:2 AlertRings:2 AnsweringMachine:2
Are there any settings that may prevent this values to override the default values?

Apologies for the confusion.
Those parameters are not supported.
