Making UCCX menu with 12 options.

Hello,

May be this is something simple. I am having "Menu" in my UCCX script. Is it possible to have two digits number in a filter section of Menu.

Like I want to have prompt say for X press 1, for Y press 2 .... for M press 12. Is it possible to add 12 as an option here?

You will not be able to use a menu, you'll have to use a get digit string step and then a bunch of if statements to figure out what was pressed. My recommendation is for you not to do this and to have a submenu or two.
