ICM 7.5 Supported Agent Extension Length
Minimum 1
Maximum 15

but above mentioned URL says that Agent extension with CVP 7 should not be less then 4 . Can you provide me the reference from where you got this that 1 is minium.

That's not important. No one is going to make extensions less than 4 in ICM/CVP, and I am a supporter of much longer ones. We have used 9 digits but I did not know 15 was the max.

hello
Geoff thanks for the reply , i have two customers who are using 3 digits extension , few months back one of customer faced Agent reserved issue and we opened a TAC case, first question TAC engineer asked was what is the length of Agent Extension and he informed us that CVP 7 dont support Agent Extension less than 4 digit.
But from Setup of CCMPG where we define Agent Length Extension it says Agent Ext is 1 to 15

That makes sense, while UCM can have an extension less than 3, CVP can not have an extension less then 4. Remember that these components can all be deployed independently so you have keep track of all configurations to ensure they will work together correctly.
