Microsoft SQL Server 2014 for UCCX 11.6 driver

Hi Every Exporter,

We have a customer is using UCCX 11.6 to connect MSSQL Server 2014 for Enterprise DB. In the UCCX 11.6 "Compatibility Matrix", MSSQL Server 2014 is in list. But in document  "Cisco Unified CCX Administration Guide", only list up to MSSQL Server 2012. The driver jTDS 1.2.5 is mapping to SQL Server 2012.

My question is what does the JDBC driver support MSSQL Server 2014? If is there official document explain the Driver version?

I have a customer running uccx 11.6.2.10000-38 running with SQL 2012 but now they have moved to SQL 2016. It doesn't work with new SQL 2016 do we have to update/add new JDBC driver for it ?

It would be helpful/useful to know what the resolution was to this question?

What IS the version of JDBC driver that is supported/works/compatible with UCCX11.6 and also UCCX12.0(1)?
I have spent a lot of time trying to find this level of detailed information and have not found anything that confirms which version of https://sourceforge.net/projects/jtds/files/jtds/ to use for Microsoft SQL 2104.
