Hi,
My company is planning to migrate UCCE to UCCX. As they have only 160 agents and UCCE doesn't make any financial sense. Has anyone done this? What should be the best approach in doing this? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Faisal

You will be able to reuse any prompts you have created, other than that it is a new install on a new and different system.
