Hello Everyone,
We have seen mismatch in CUIC Report .
One of agent who has handled 2 chats with on chat time of 3 Minutes & 5 Minutes but if we look into agent daily reports of CUIC it showing that agent has handled 3 chats with AHT of 27 Minutes approx.
We are using social miner 10.5 & UCCX 10.6 but Social miner is not integrated with the uccx.
Please suggest if there any logs that can be collected.
