hi,
We would like to monitor the outbound campaign (Enable/disable) or change some advanced parametres not through ICM , but with an optimised private interface .
We have tried to make some changes with sql , but it seems that the dialer does not read from it .
Is there is any way to make this ?
thnks

You can use ConAPI/CMS interface from AW, this is config API cisco has provided but you have to code client by your own.
i think there is some application available for similar , you can ask your Cisco POC for and see what you get.

hi , i've got some infomrations that we do not have the right to use ConAPI/CMS in our campany .
i don't have acces to contact the cisco POC.
so , there is no such api or extension to make this , if you know some names , i'll appreciate it .

hi, i have a suggestion , can i modify in the module of the dialer so it can read from the database ?
because when i change parametres of the campaign with sql , the dialer doesn't take the new changes .
