More than one CSQ

Is there a way to get a person on more than one CSQ using the same phone?

Sure, just assign them to more than one skill. CCX supports assigning up to 25 CSQs per-agent.

Hmmm... We don't have skills set up.  We have resource groups, but no skills.  Is that the only way?

Yes. Agents can only be members of a single resource group.
