I have a 2 scripts each with a different CTI RP. Script 1 is CSQ1 and Script 2 is for CSQ2. We have the same agents who are assigned to both skillsets. They log in under a single Agent ID. However when I run reports now we see multiple instances of the same CSQ1-see CSQ REPORT. If I remove the CSQ2 from the agents so they only have a single Skillset CSQ1 , we then run reports I only see the single CSQ -see attached SINGLE CSQ.
Is this normal?The script are two separate scripts using the same resource CSQ

This is normal behavior. When the agent receives call in CSQ_1, it will show up as "busy_other" or equivalent in CSQ_2.
