What is the recomended way to recover a call center users on uccx in a disaster recovery? We had been using generic phones in the dr and device profiles for call center user, however cisco says that a call center dn can only appear in one place. I was thinking of creating device profiles for each user and then removing the DN from their hard desk phone. The user would then have to login to their desk phone each day using the device profile, however this will require more license files.
Has anyone done something different?
