Music On Hold Contact Center

Hello All

I managed to change music on hold file on call manager but when i made it  my  contact center didn't synchronize with the new music file.How can i load the new music on hold file to my contact center ?   ( versions are call manager 7.0.2 and contact center 7.0 )

Hello,

You have to go to contact center and configure the Network and user music on hold for the Call control Groups, after that please do a data check and if any incosistence is reported please do a data resync after non business hours
