mutli-channel-UCCE/ Egain/CIM

Im looking to have multi-channel UCCE and Egain - is there any additional HW I would need except ucce, egain?

Hi,

No need , you can integrate with UCCE for version 9 ,x , 11.0.1

For CIM version 11.0.1 , you need only Microsoft SQL 2012 Enterprise and Egain Application .

Before installing Egain , Please get the license from cisco without license you cannot complete eimwim setup.

EIM WIM you need more RAM and Core .

Version 11.x , 8 CPU and 16 GB RAM required .
