Need assistance with UCCX Script

Team,

I am new to UCCX Scripting, so I am not sure how to work through this issue.

I have a customer that would like to see the "Time held in Queue"

Is there a variable that already tracks this, and I can just assign it to an enterprise variable?

Do I have to create some type of logic that takes the time the caller is connected to an agent minus the time the caller is placed in queue?

If so, how do I configure in the editor.

If someone has an example they are willing to share, this would be appreciated.

I have attached the screen pop proposla from the customer.

I have been able to add the CED fields, but cannot find any information on the time.

If I understood you correctly, you just want to show the Agent how long the caller waited in queue before speaking to them, correct?

If so, that information is already in CAD by default.  In fact, it's partially in your screenshot, but clipped of on the right side.  Here, I've highlighted it in red for you.
