Hello,
I need help to setup a test queue in UCCX (8.0) to test application and script settings.
Is it possible to have a extension # in Call Manager to point to UCCX Application ID?

Are you wanting to forward a phone to a CTI RP (UCCX Trigger)? For testing purposes it should work, but I would not recommend it for any type of production scenario.

We want to make few changes to our CS application and script so i want to test first before apply to production so this is only to test a application and script. I want to add time option for holidays in application from script and test few scripts options.
