No Data on Historical Report.

Hi guy,

I have a big problem. When I launch the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports, the application don't return any result.In the log I have:

%CHC-LOG_SUBFAC-3-UNK:No Report Data in Date Range Selected | There were no report data to view in the date range selected.  Please select a different date range by changing the start date/time or the end date/time and try again.

I've already checked if there is data in the database. I filled the screenshot with the error in appadmin.

My IPCC version is:

Cisco Application Administration - 7.0(1)SR05_Build504

Package: Cisco Unified CCX Premium

Cluster: default
