No "ICD extension" in CallManager Device Association - IPCC Express 4.03

I have a co-resident IPCC Express 4.03 running with CallManager 4.03sr2. CallManager is AD integrated and IPCC is using AD as its LDAP as well. I do not have the ability to add agents as the "ICD extension" under Device Association is missing.

I found the following url, but this appears to be related to older versions. This install is AD integrated and would be using ADSI edit to view directory data instead of dcdirectory. I attempted to follow this article, but could not find the parameter that is referenced

LDAP entry : Cisco->CCN ->System Profiles-> ciscoCCNatIAQFlag.Set this attribute to true

Thanks that did it. This does not seem to be documented on general CCO or in IPCC docs like the 3.x solution.

Is this specific to Co-Res installations or has it happened on a seperate server installs as well?
